Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks according to standard recipes.

  2. Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional, and efficient bar service.

  3. Maintain proper stock levels of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.

  4. Ensure the bar area, equipment, and glassware are clean, organized, and hygienic.

  5. Handle cash/POS transactions accurately and maintain proper billing records.

  6. Monitor beverage quality, portion control, and minimize wastage.

  7. Follow responsible service practices, hygiene standards, and all applicable safety procedures.

    Duty Hour: 9 Hours
