Job Description

Position Overview:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages professionally, providing excellent guest service, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring proper stock and hygiene standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks according to resort standards.

  2. Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.

  3. Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.

  4. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar area.

  5. Monitor beverage stock and inform the Bar In-Charge about shortages or replenishment needs.

  6. Follow proper portion control, recipe standards, and minimize wastage and breakage.

  7. Operate the POS system and handle guest bills and payments accurately.

  8. Follow resort SOPs, safety procedures, responsible-service standards, and grooming requirements.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8 to 9 hours
