Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders.

  2. Take drink orders, serve customers professionally, and provide excellent customer service.

  3. Prepare cocktails, mocktails, juices, coffee, and other beverages as required.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.

  5. Monitor and manage beverage inventory, including proper storage and stock checking.

  6. Handle cash and card payments accurately and maintain proper records when required.

  7. Follow responsible alcohol service, safety, and workplace hygiene procedures.

  8. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    Duty Hour: 10 Hours
