Job Description

  1. ग्राहकलाई विनम्र र मैत्रीपूर्ण तरिकाले सेवा प्रदान गर्ने

  2. कफी, चिया तथा अन्य पेय पदार्थहरू तयार गर्ने (बारिस्टा)

  3. मेनु अनुसार खाना तथा पेय पदार्थको अर्डर लिने र समयमै सर्व गर्ने

  4. क्याफे/रेस्टुरेन्टको सरसफाइ र व्यवस्थितता कायम राख्ने

  5. कफी मेसिन तथा अन्य उपकरणहरूको सही प्रयोग र मर्मतमा ध्यान दिने

  6. ग्राहकको गुनासो सुनेर समाधानका लागि सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिलाई जानकारी दिने

  7. बिलिङ प्रक्रिया सहयोग गर्ने र क्यास ह्यान्डलिङमा सहयोग गर्ने

  8. टिमसँग मिलेर प्रभावकारी सेवा प्रवाह सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  9. स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने (कफी, दूध, सामग्री आदि)

  10. उच्च गुणस्तरको सेवा र ग्राहक सन्तुष्टि कायम राख्ने
