Job Description
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items as per standards.
Take and manage food and drink orders accurately.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Maintain inventory of coffee, beverages, and dining supplies.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
Note: Duty hour – 8 hours per day.
