Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and serve customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.

  2. Take customer orders accurately and ensure food and beverages are served on time.

  3. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other drinks according to the required standards.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter, tables, and beverage preparation area.

  5. Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints professionally and provide appropriate assistance.

  6. Take care of billing, cash/payment handling, and maintain accurate order records when required.

  7. Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.

    Note:

    • If food and lodging are provided: Duty hours will be 12 hours per day, with 2 days of leave per month.

    • If food and lodging are not provided: Duty hours will be 10 hours per day, with 4 days of leave per month.
