Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and related items according to standard recipes.

  2. Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.

  3. Promote products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

  4. Handle cash, POS billing, and maintain accurate sales records.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter, equipment, and seating area.

  6. Manage stock levels of coffee, ingredients, and sales items; report shortages.

  7. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.

  8. Follow company policies, safety standards, and opening/closing procedures.
