Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.

  2. Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide accurate change.

  3. Maintain cleanliness of the counter, coffee machines, and work area.

  4. Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.

  5. Ensure proper stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.

  6. Follow hygiene and safety standards in food and beverage preparation.

  7. Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and cashier procedures.

  8. Handle customer complaints politely and resolve minor issues promptly.

  9. Maintain daily cash reports and reconcile transactions at the end of the shift.

  10. Support teamwork by helping in other areas when needed, such as serving snacks or restocking supplies.

    Duty Hours: 12 AM to 10 PM
