Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree in hotel management or equivalent experience in the related field

  2. Minimum Intermediate degree of plus two in CTEVT Level

  3. Proven experience as a skilled barista with a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques.

  4. Teaching or training certification is advantageous.

  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  6. Proficiency in various coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, and latte art.

  7. Ability to create an engaging and motivating learning environment.

  8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  9. Ability to Train and instruct Practically and theoretically .


Note: Time for Barista Instructor 7AM-5PM salary 30-35k

Part Time : 1PM-5PM Salary 17-19k
