Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.

  2. Take customer orders, serve food and drinks promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.

  3. Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, and beverage stations.

  4. Handle cash, POS systems, and process customer payments accurately.

  5. Provide basic knowledge about menu items and make recommendations to customers.

  6. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stocked.

  7. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

  8. Uphold professional appearance, friendly behavior, and courteous service at all times.
