Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages according to standards.

  2. Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow during all shifts.

  3. Lead, train, and support baristas and café staff to maintain service and beverage quality.

  4. Monitor coffee quality, presentation, cleanliness, and proper use of equipment.

  5. Maintain inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies and minimize wastage.

  6. Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Manage opening/closing procedures, cash/POS operations, staff coordination, and daily operational reporting.
