Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages.

  2. Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly.

  3. Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.

  4. Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion standards.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and work area

  6. Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other inventory and report stock requirements.

  7. Handle cash, billing, and payments accurately when required.

  8. Follow standard recipes, food safety, hygiene, and beverage preparation procedures

  9. Recommend beverages to customers and respond professionally to their requests or feedback.

  10. Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Duty Hour – 10 hours per day.
