Job Description

Key responsibilities :

  1. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.

  2. Customize drinks based on customer preferences and ensure high-quality presentation.

  3. Operate coffee brewing equipment and bartending tools to create perfect beverages.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of both coffee and bar areas, including equipment and workstations.

  5. Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.

  6. Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy at the register.

  7. Monitor inventory levels for both coffee supplies and bar stock, assisting with reordering when necessary.

  8. Ensure responsible alcohol service, checking IDs and following legal drinking age regulations

Note: Time 12am-10pm

कफी बनाउने उपकरण र बारटेंडिङ उपकरणहरू सञ्चालन गरेर उत्तम पेय पदार्थहरू तयार गर्नु।

कफी र बार क्षेत्र दुवैको सफाई र संगठन सुनिश्चित गर्नु, साथै उपकरण र कार्यक्षेत्रको हेरचाह गर्नु।

ग्राहकहरूसँग सम्पर्क राख्नु, अर्डर लिनु र सिफारिसहरू प्रदान गर्नु।

नगद र कार्ड कारोबारको हेरचाह गर्नु, र रजिस्टरमा सही हिसाब सुनिश्चित गर्नु।

कफी आपूर्ति र बार स्टकको इन्वेन्टरी स्तर निगरानी गर्नु, र आवश्यकतानुसार पुन: अर्डर गर्न सहयोग गर्नु।

मादक पदार्थहरूको जिम्मेवार सेवा सुनिश्चित गर्नु, आईडी जाँच गर्नु र कानूनी उमेरको पालना गर्नु।
