Job Description:

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per the menu while ensuring proper measurement and taste consistency.

  2. Maintain bar stock, monitor inventory levels, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.

  3. Interact with guests professionally, verify age requirements, and follow safety and responsible serving guidelines.

  4. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages according to standard recipes while maintaining quality and presentation.

  5. Operate coffee machines and maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and working area.

  6. Provide friendly customer service, take orders accurately, and handle cash/POS transactions properly.

Duty hour: 12 pm to 10 pm or 6 am to 4 pm
