Job Description

  1. Prepare coffee (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, etc.) and non-alcoholic beverages.

  2. Make cocktails, mocktails, and other bar drinks.

  3. Manage, set up, and maintain cleanliness of the bar counter.

  4. Provide guests with information and recommendations about beverages.

  5. Oversee bar stock, inventory, and ensure proper use of ingredients.

  6. Strictly adhere to hygiene, safety, and bar SOPs.

  7. Handle bar service during live shows, events, and special occasions.

  8. Coordinate with the Captain and Service Team to deliver excellent service.
