Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, cocktails, and other drinks according to standard recipes.

  2. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.

  3. Take and process customer orders accurately, addressing any special requests or dietary preferences.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café area, including equipment, utensils, and counters.

  5. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

  6. Educate customers about menu items, drink options, and make suitable recommendations.

  7. Handle payments, operate POS systems, and manage transactions efficiently.

  8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve customer issues promptly.
