Job Description
  1. Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation according to company standards.

  2. Customer Service: Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on preferences.

  3. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the bar and coffee station are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies, including sanitizing equipment and following health and safety regulations.

  4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of beverages, coffee beans, alcohol, and garnishes, and assist with ordering supplies when needed.

  5. Multitasking and Efficiency: Balance both coffee-making and bartending duties during peak hours, providing fast, efficient, and high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

    1. पेय पदार्थ तयारी: कम्पनीका मापदण्ड अनुसार गुणस्तरीय र प्रस्तुतीकरणमा एकरूपता राख्दै कफी, चिया र मद्यपानको विभिन्न प्रकार तयारी र सेवा गर्नुहोस्।

    2. ग्राहक सेवा: ग्राहकलाई मित्रवत् र पेशेवर तरिकामा स्वागत गर्दै अर्डर लिनुहोस् र उनीहरूको प्राथमिकताअनुसार सिफारिस गर्नुहोस्।

    3. साफसफाइ राख्नुहोस्: बार र कफी स्टेशन सफा, व्यवस्थित र आवश्यक आपूर्तिहरूसँग भरिपूर्ण राख्नुहोस्, उपकरणहरूलाई सेनिटाइज गर्दै स्वास्थ्य र सुरक्षा नियमहरू पालन गर्नुहोस्।

    4. सामग्री व्यवस्थापन: पेय पदार्थ, कफी बिन, मद्यपान र सजावटका सामग्रीहरूको सूची निरीक्षण गर्नुहोस् र आवश्यक परे आपूर्ति अर्डर गर्न मद्दत गर्नुहोस्।

    5. एकै साथ काम गर्नु र दक्षता: पीक घण्टामा कफी बनाउन र बारटेंडिङ दुवै जिम्मेवारीहरूलाई सन्तुलित गर्दै, छिटो, प्रभावकारी र उच्च गुणस्तरीय सेवा प्रदान गर्नुहोस् जसले ग्राहकको सन्तुष्टि सुनिश्चित गर्दछ।
