Job Description
  1. Preparation and Cooking of Indian Dishes: Responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Indian dishes and chinese dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori, and regional specialties, ensuring that the dishes meet high-quality standards and are served promptly.

  2. Menu Planning and Recipe Development: Create and innovate new Indian recipes, design seasonal menus, and maintain consistency in flavors while considering customer preferences and dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).

  3. Kitchen Management and Supervision: Oversee kitchen operations, manage cooking staff, ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices are followed, and maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.

  4. Inventory and Procurement: Manage inventory, ordering, and sourcing of Indian spices, ingredients, and other culinary essentials, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and that the ingredients used are fresh and high quality.

  5. Customer Interaction and Feedback: Interact with customers, take feedback on food quality, and ensure a pleasant dining experience, ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing dishes according to specific requests or preferences.

  4. सामग्री र आपूर्ति व्यवस्थापन: भारतीय मसला, सामग्री र अन्य पाककला आवश्यकताहरूको सूची व्यवस्थापन गर्नु, सुनिश्चित गर्नु कि भान्साघर राम्रोसँग आपूर्ति गरिएको छ र प्रयोग गरिएका सामग्री ताजा र उच्च गुणस्तरका छन्।
