Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, teas, and specialty drinks, including plant-based lattes and smoothies

  2. Ensure consistency in coffee brewing techniques and presentation

  3. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and making recommendations

  4. Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment

  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area, following food safety guidelines

  6. Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk alternatives, and other beverage supplies

  7. Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude

  8. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Nepali is required to communicate effectively with diverse customers.

  9. Previous experience as a barista

  10. Passion for coffee, tea, and plant-based beverages

  11. Strong communication and customer service skills

  12. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  13. Knowledge of alternative milk options (soy, almond, oat, etc.) is a plus

  14. Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as needed
