Job Description

Job Descripton :

  1. Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role (preferred but not always required).

  2. Knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation methods.

  3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming environment.

  4. Strong communication skills to take orders, clarify customer preferences, and work as part of a team.

  5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Attention to detail, especially when preparing drinks, handling orders, and maintaining cleanliness.

  7. Basic math skills for handling cash, payments, and inventory management.

  8. Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays (depending on the café’s schedule)
