Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to the café’s recipes and quality standards.

  2. Customer Service: Welcome customers, take orders, provide friendly service, and ensure a positive café experience.

  3. Coffee Equipment Management: Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment properly and safely.

  4. Cashier Operations: Handle customer payments, operate the POS/cash register, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash transactions.

  5. Order & Sales Management: Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen or service team for timely preparation.

  6. Stock Management: Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies, maintain proper stock levels, and report shortages when required.

  7. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Keep the bar, equipment, counters, and customer areas clean and organized while following food safety and hygiene standards.

    Duty Hour: 9AM - 7PM

    Working Days: 6 Days a Week

    Note:

    The employee is required to work 2 hours of overtime as needed, and the company will provide additional payment for the overtime hours worked.
