Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to company standards.

  2. Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment properly.

  3. Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, utensils, and work area.

  5. Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely preparation and service.

  6. Monitor beverage ingredients and supplies and inform the supervisor when stocks are low.

  7. Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when required.

  8. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
