Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, mocktails, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly.
Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, portion, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the barista station.
Monitor and manage coffee, milk, syrups, and other beverage ingredients and stock levels.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Handle customer orders accurately and ensure timely preparation and service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards at all times.
Note:
Duty Hour: 10 hours a day
