Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.

  2. Create latte art and specialty drinks to enhance customer experience.

  3. Greet and interact with customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or complaints.

  4. Handle billing and transactions accurately using POS or billing software.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café area.

  6. Assist in opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and cash handling.

  7. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or maintenance issues to management.

  8. Support team operations by providing timely reports and contributing to smooth daily workflow.

Note: Duty hours – 9 hours per shift.
