Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

  2. Demonstrate strong espresso extraction skills, ensuring correct grind size, dosage, and brewing techniques.

  3. Perform milk steaming and latte art with consistency to enhance beverage quality and customer experience.

  4. Calibrate and adjust coffee grinders regularly to maintain optimal flavor and consistency.

  5. Operate coffee machines, POS systems, and cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly.

  6. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders correctly, addressing customer concerns, and handling feedback professionally.

  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area, including equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.

  8. Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, and quality controls with strong attention to detail at all times.
