Job Description

  1. Have basic knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso and milk steaming.

  2. Be eager to learn and improve barista skills continuously.

  3. Provide excellent customer service with good communication and a positive attitude.

  4. Work efficiently and stay composed during busy or rush hours.

  5. Create and suggest innovative drinks for the café menu.

  6. Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to café standards, ensuring consistency in taste, milk texture, and presentation.

  7. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment safely and effectively.

  8. Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, equipment, and work area, while following hygiene, safety, and café SOPs.
