Job Description
Preparation of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages
Cleaning service in dishes, living and working areas
Describing menu items and recommending coffees to customers
Serving customers and taking orders
Receive and process customer payments
Able to communicate verbally with customers
Clearing the table after the customer drinks the coffee
Taking correct coffee tea orders by viewing or memorizing orders
Delivering customer orders as quickly as possible
Build good relationships with colleagues to improve the working environment
