Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.

  2. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.

  4. Take customer orders, answer menu-related questions, and provide friendly service.

  5. Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of coffee beans and ingredients.

  6. Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, and supplies; report shortages when needed.

  7. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

  8. Assist in café operations including billing, packaging, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
