Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.

  2. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment efficiently and safely.

  3. Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and portion sizes.

  4. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.

  5. Take accurate orders and process payments through the POS system.

  6. Keep the work area, coffee machines, and utensils clean and organized at all times.

  7. Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and inform the supervisor of shortages.

  8. Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
