Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to café standards.

  2. Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.

  4. Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure ingredients are fresh and available.

  5. Take orders efficiently, handle cash or digital payments, and operate the POS system.

  6. Communicate effectively in English with customers and team members to enhance guest experience.

  7. Assist in managing daily café operations, including workflow and coordination.

  8. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all café operations.
