Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.

  2. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment efficiently and safely.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.

  4. Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.

  5. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks served.

  6. Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report shortages.

  7. Educate customers on menu items, recommend drinks, and answer beverage-related queries.

  8. Follow health and safety standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
