ग्राहक सेवा प्रदान गर्नु – ग्राहकसँग शिष्ट व्यवहार गर्नु, अर्डर लिनु र आवश्यक जानकारी दिन
कफी मेसिन र उपकरणहरू सञ्चालन गर्नु – Espresso machine, grinder, blender आदि प्रयोग गर्नु र सफा राख्न
साफसुग्घर वातावरण कायम राख्नु – काउन्टर, मेसिन, कपहरू, र अन्य कार्यस्थलहरू सफा गर्न
सामग्रीहरूको तयारी गर्नु – दूध तताउने, सिरप मिलाउने, कफी दाना ग्राइन्ड गर्ने जस्ता तयारी कार्यहरू गर्न
स्टक जाँच र व्यवस्थापन गर्नु – कफी, दूध, कप, सिरप, र अन्य सामग्रीहरूको स्टक राख्ने र रिपोर्ट गर्न
बिल बनाउने र भुक्तानी लिने – POS प्रणाली प्रयोग गरेर अर्डर बिल बनाउने र नगद/कार्डबाट भुक्तानी लिन
