Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Bar Supervisor located in Lumbini bhairahwa The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining quality standards. This role will require on-site presence to provide hands-on supervision and support.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations and training
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of beverage trends and mixology
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
