Job Description

Position Overview:

The Bar In-Charge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the resort bar, ensuring excellent guest service, proper beverage quality, efficient staff performance, inventory control, and compliance with resort standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.

  2. Lead, assign, and monitor bar staff during shifts.

  3. Ensure high standards of guest service, beverage quality, and presentation.

  4. Monitor beverage inventory, stock levels, requisitions, and proper storage.

  5. Control wastage, breakage, portion sizes, and beverage costs.

  6. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and safety standards are maintained.

  7. Handle guest requests, complaints, and service issues professionally.

  8. Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the F&B Manager, Kitchen, and other departments.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8 to 9 hours
