Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent service. Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.
Greet and interact with guests, take orders, and ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes and guests’ preferences. Ensure that drinks are prepared with high quality and consistency.
Ensure the bar area, equipment, and workstations are clean and comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A diploma or certification in hospitality, bartending, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Bar Captain, Butler, or in a similar supervisory role within a bar, restaurant, or hotel environment.
Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Nepali. Ability to interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints and operational challenges effectively.
Keen attention to detail to ensure high standards in drink preparation and service.
Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items if necessary.
