Job Description

Position Overview:

The Bar Assistant supports the Bartender in daily bar operations by preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing stock, and ensuring smooth and efficient guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Bartender in preparing and serving beverages, cocktails, and mocktails.

  2. Prepare garnishes, glassware, ice, mixers, and other bar supplies before service.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and service area.

  4. Replenish beverages, ingredients, and other bar supplies as required.

  5. Collect and clean used glasses, equipment, and bar utensils.

  6. Support accurate order taking, POS operations, and timely beverage service.

  7. Follow proper portion control, storage, safety, and hygiene procedures.

  8. Assist the Bar In-Charge and Bartender in providing friendly and efficient guest service.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8 to 9 hours
