Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet operations or hospitality management.

  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

  4. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  5. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  6. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

  7. Knowledge of banquet service standards and event planning.

  8. Proficiency in MS Office and banquet/event management systems is an advantage.

  9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
