Job Description

  1. Plan, organize, and oversee all banquet events to ensure smooth execution.

  2. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and customize event arrangements.

  3. Supervise banquet staff, including servers, setup crew, and coordinators.

  4. Manage event budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.

  5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  6. Oversee setup, decoration, and arrangement of banquet halls and dining areas.

  7. Handle guest complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  8. Coordinate with catering, kitchen, and service teams for seamless event delivery.
