Coordinate with chefs, service staff, and decorators to deliver a seamless event.
Supervise and schedule banquet staff (servers, bartenders, setup crew).
Train new hires and ensure high service standards are maintained.
Oversee the setup of banquet halls (seating, lighting, AV, décor).
Ensure timely execution of events from setup to breakdown.
Act as the point of contact during events to handle client or guest concerns.
Ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after events.
Manage inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for events.
