Job Description
  1. Event Planning & Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of all banquet events, ensuring client needs and specifications are met.

  2. Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and resolving issues throughout the event.

  3. Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff, including servers and event coordinators, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

  4. Event Setup & Teardown: Supervise the setup, decoration, and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring smooth operations.

  5. Customer Service: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

  6. Budget & Financial Management: Assist with creating event budgets, monitor costs, and ensure events stay within budget.

  7. Food & Beverage Management: Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality and adherence to client preferences.

  8. Inventory Management: Track inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure all events are well-equipped.

  9. Compliance & Safety: Ensure events comply with local health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service.

  10. Administrative Duties: Handle event documentation, billing, and invoicing, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timely.
