Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and resolving issues throughout the event.
Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff, including servers and event coordinators, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Event Setup & Teardown: Supervise the setup, decoration, and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring smooth operations.
Customer Service: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Budget & Financial Management: Assist with creating event budgets, monitor costs, and ensure events stay within budget.
Food & Beverage Management: Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality and adherence to client preferences.
Inventory Management: Track inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure all events are well-equipped.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure events comply with local health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service.
