Job Description

  1. Prepare a variety of bakery items, including waffles, pancakes, cheesecake, and brownies, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.

  2. Cook and serve continental and American breakfast items according to menu standards.

  3. Demonstrate proficiency in momo preparation, including dough making, filling, and steaming/frying techniques.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and bakery areas at all times.

  5. Manage ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and proper storage of all bakery and breakfast items.

  6. Assist in menu planning and recipe development, contributing ideas for new bakery products or breakfast items.

  7. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of bakery and breakfast items during service hours.

  8. Follow safety standards and kitchen protocols, including proper handling of utensils, ovens, and other bakery equipment.
