Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products such as bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, and other baked items.

  2. Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, quality, texture, and presentation.

  3. Prepare and measure ingredients accurately according to production requirements.

  4. Decorate cakes and other bakery products creatively according to customer orders.

  5. Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.

  6. Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the bakery and work area.

  7. Monitor ingredient stock, minimize wastage, and assist with daily bakery production and planning.

    Duty Hour: 7AM - 1PM
