  1. नयाँ पेस्ट्री र मिठाई व्यञ्जनहरु मूल्याङ्कन र परीक्षण गर्नु पर्ने

  2. पेस्ट्री विभागको लागि बजेट राख्ने

  3. ताजा फलफूल र जामुनहरू खरीद गर्ने र विभिन्न विक्रेताहरूबाट आपूर्तिहरू अर्डर गर्ने

  4. पेस्ट्री किचन प्रशिक्षणमा शेफहरूको पर्यवेक्षण गर्ने

  5. रेस्टुरेन्टमा अन्य शेफसँग मेनु योजनाको बारेमा छलफल गर्ने

  6. भान्सालाई व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  7. समय अनुसार नयाँ डिजाइनहरू सिर्जना गर्ने
