Job Description
  1. Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.

  2. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery products.

  3. Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menu items.

  4. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the bakery section.

  5. Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and report shortages to the Head Chef.

  6. Train and supervise junior bakery staff or commis chefs in proper techniques.

  7. Coordinate with other kitchen sections to meet daily production schedules.

  8. Troubleshoot baking issues and implement corrective measures to maintain product quality.
