Job Description

  1. Preparing ingredients and adhering to standards: Preparing ingredients needed for bakery production and assisting in production while adhering to the correct standards

  2. Assisting in the baking process: Assisting in the preparation of bakery products, such as mixing and baking cakes, breads, biscuits, etc.

  3. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene: Keeping the bakery's work area and equipment clean, working in accordance with hygiene standards

  4. Managing ingredients: Assisting in the storage and management of bakery ingredients, ensuring their freshness and standards

  5. Product quality control: Checking the quality of finished bakery products and returning non-conforming products

  6. Packing and packaging of products: Preparing finished bakery products for distribution by properly packing and packaging them.

  7. Operating and maintaining equipment and machines: Assisting in the proper operation of equipment and machines used in the bakery and performing periodic maintenance.

  8. Collaborate with the team: Work collaboratively with others on bakery production tasks and help make the production process consistent and efficient.
