Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the distributors' operations.
Liaising with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
Seeing all ventures through to completion and evaluating their success using various metrics.
NOTE : Should able to handle restaurant in absence of restaurant manager.
