Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. मुख्य कुकलाई खाना तयारी तथा पकाउने कार्यमा आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।

  2. तरकारी, मासु, फलफूल तथा अन्य खाद्य सामग्री काट्ने, सफा गर्ने र पकाउनका लागि तयार गर्ने।

  3. किचनका भाँडाकुँडा, प्लेट, गिलास तथा अन्य सामग्रीहरू सफा गर्ने र व्यवस्थित रूपमा राख्ने।

  4. खाना पकाउने तथा खाना खाइसकेपछि किचन, चुलो, काउन्टर र अन्य कार्यस्थलको सरसफाइ गर्ने।

  5. खाद्य सामग्री तथा किचनका आवश्यक सामानहरू उचित तरिकाले भण्डारण गर्ने र स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने।

  6. किचनका उपकरण तथा सामग्रीहरू सुरक्षित र सही तरिकाले प्रयोग गर्ने तथा सफा राख्ने।

  7. आवश्यकताअनुसार मुख्य कुक तथा घरपरिवारको निर्देशनअनुसार अन्य किचनसम्बन्धी काममा सहयोग गर्ने।
