Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

  2. Prepare ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and basic dishes according to standard recipes.

  3. Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, hygiene, and presentation are maintained.

  4. Support the preparation of Multi-Cuisine, Thakali, Continental, and Newari dishes as required.

  5. Properly handle, label, store, and organize food ingredients and kitchen supplies.

  6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and cooking equipment.

  7. Assist with stock checking, preparation planning, and minimizing food wastage.

  8. Follow instructions from the Head Chef and support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 hours a day
