भान्सामा मुख्य कुकलाई सहयोग गर्ने र तयारी कार्यहरू पूरा गर्ने।
तरकारी, मासु, अन्नजन्य र अन्य सामग्रीहरू काट्ने, धोने र तयार पार्ने।
खाना पकाउने प्रक्रिया सहज बनाउन आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू समयमै उपलब्ध गराउने।
भान्साको सफाइ र व्यवस्थित व्यवस्थापनमा योगदान दिने।
भाँडाकुँडा, भाँडा र उपकरणहरूको सरसफाइ गर्ने।
खाना परिकारको स्वाद, गुणस्तर र सुरक्षा मापदण्ड अनुसार तयार गर्नेमा सहयोग गर्ने।
स्टकको निगरानी गर्ने र सामग्रीको अभाव भएमा रिपोर्ट गर्ने।
मुख्य कुकको निर्देशन अनुसार नयाँ व्यंजनहरू सिक्ने र तयारीमा सहभागी हुने।
