Job Description

  1. मुख्य शेफ (Head Chef) वा कुकलाई खाना पकाउन सहयोग गर्ने।

  2. तरकारी काट्ने, मसला तयार गर्ने, सामाग्री मिलाउने जस्ता तयारी कार्य गर्ने।

  3. भान्सा (Kitchen) सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  4. खाना पकाउने उपकरण र सरसफाइमा ध्यान दिने।

  5. खाना पकाउने क्रममा शेफको निर्देशनअनुसार काम गर्ने।

  6. ग्राहकलाई परोसिने खानाको गुणस्तर कायम राख्न सहयोग गर्ने।

  7. खाना पकाउँदा आवश्यक सामग्री समयमै उपलब्ध गराउने।

  8. खाद्य सुरक्षा र स्वच्छता (Hygiene) मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।
